This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") forms a legally binding contract between you and IPTV Player - TV Cast ("IPTV Player - TV Cast", "we", or "us"). By using our app, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you handle personal data from residents of the European Economic Area, the IPTV Player - TV Cast Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") supplements this Agreement. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and the DPA, the DPA's terms will take precedence.
You may not use our app for any unlawful purpose as defined by the laws of the USA or any other relevant jurisdiction or in a manner prohibited by this Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our app immediately, with or without notice, if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement or for any other reason.
We may update our app and this Agreement periodically. Continued use of our app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You agree to review this Agreement regularly to stay informed of any updates. We may, at our discretion, discontinue our app or any part of it, with or without notice. You acknowledge that you have no rights to our app and that we will not be liable for any discontinuation or termination of access.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and any applicable fees, IPTV Player - TV Cast grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use our app until terminated by us. Ownership of intellectual property rights remains with IPTV Player - TV Cast. The rights granted here are non-transferable and limited to our app's intellectual property and do not include any additional patents or rights. You may only use our app on one device you own or control at a time. You may not make our app available on a network where it can be used by multiple devices simultaneously. This Agreement does not grant you rights to use our app's proprietary interfaces or intellectual property for designing, developing, or distributing third-party devices and accessories. Unauthorized use, including resale, transfer, modification, or distribution of our app, is prohibited. We are not obligated to provide hard-copy documentation, support, or updates.
We do not collect personal information such as email addresses, birth dates, names, phone numbers, or addresses from users. Any personal information obtained through support requests or other communication is kept confidential and not shared with other entities. This information may be retained for resolving support requests and future reference, and we can delete it upon your request. We use Google's G Suite for Business for our email communications.
Data collected may be used to show personalized ads based on your location. In the European Union, non-targeted ads are shown after obtaining user consent. For other regions, data is used to track content access and improve advertising. You can limit ad targeting through your device settings or by contacting the advertising providers to delete your data.
We use the following ad providers: Google AdMob & Google AdX, which collect unique device identifiers for advertising purposes.
We do not set cookies on your device. Third-party advertising or analytics providers mentioned may set cookies, and you may opt out of their data collection via the provided links.
Our app requires internet permissions for downloading content, linking to app store entries, displaying ads, and collecting anonymous usage information for analytics.
Our app may contain in-app purchases.
Our app may interact with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp to share content. We do not collect information from your social media accounts.
For apps without third-party ads, the advertising-related points do not apply.
To combat fraud and illegal activities, we may exchange data with other companies and public authorities in response to legal requests. We may also disclose data based on your consent, to comply with the law, or to protect the rights and safety of ourselves, our users, or others.
To stop the use of your IP address and mobile advertising ID, you may either make in-app purchases to remove ads or stop using the app. For EU users, we do not show targeted ads. For more options, follow the "Opt Out" links provided.
We do not knowingly collect or target advertising to individuals under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not provide any personal data. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it as quickly as possible. Contact us if you believe we have data from or about a child under 13. Parents/guardians should inform us if a child under 13 contacts us, so we can address the situation.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on this site. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. You are advised to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
